Newspapers

The newspapers is one for the props I’m actually making using a real newspaper and then sticking fake headlines that will be printed off and then stuck on too the paper. I don’t have to spend any money through I can us Metro papers and evening standard papers from the train station and Morrison’s supermarket. The fake newspaper headlines which include, “ONE TRUE RELGION”, “RELIGIOUS REVEAL SHOCKS THE WORLD”, “FALSE BELIEFS SCAR HUMANITY”S BELIEVERS” AND “WHAT NOW”. The headlines will then suck to papers, I will not have to worry about the small text that makes up the story as the camera will not focus on these texts, meaning the audience will not be able read the real texts not covered up.

The newspapers will be used twice in the music video however only the very beginning of the music video will require all the newspapers that are across the table. The second scene is they rewind part where the papers go into the house with the main character when he see’s his wife. In this scene the papers will be folded and under the main characters arm. However the papers still need to be seen with the made up headlines as they need to show the audience that this is at the time before he reads them and he just gets in. to his home. If I can possibly achieve it, on Final Cut Express during the editing phase I’m hoping I can have headlines go across the screen and have them superimposed in with the main character running.
