Dear Roc-A-Fella Records,
For my A2 media work, I have to make a music video on any song that I want and I have chosen No Church in the Wild from your 2011 album (Which you produced.) Watch The Throne by Jay Z and Kanye Wets featuring Frank Ocean and The-Dream. I have no intent in using the song to make any profit off your original material or to promote any of my own work. The should purpose of the song is for making my A2 media coursework and to be able to gain a good grade to go to university.
I have specified in my blog (http://andrews012k.wix.com/jakeandrewsmediablog.) I did not make the song and have mentioned the artist in the song throughout my posts with a an article that talks just about the artists involved, meaning no part of my coursework give me credit for the creation of the song. Under Proprietary Rights on your website (http://privacypolicy.umusic.com/terms/) you have stated that “that enable you (Me.) to obtain rights to use certain of the content on the Site, such as lyrics, music, photographs, and the like.” This is what I’m doing through taking a song that you produced. What I am not doing is…
“You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute or otherwise exploit any content, code, data or materials on the Site. If you make other use of the Site, or the content, code, data or materials thereon, except as otherwise provided above, you may violate copyright and other laws of the United States, other countries, as well as applicable state laws and may be subject to liability for such unauthorized use. Universal will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution.”

I am not using the song to make any profit or to distribute the song to other for their use. I hope you will let me grant the use of the song as a lot of planning and time has gone into making an aesthetical pleasing media product that follows the songs connotations and implications.
Sincerely
Jake Andrews
