The photos taken in this post, were all taken on the day of filming through the camera used for filming. Moment s before hitting the record button on some takes, the camera would take a photo just before filming. With the photos I then simply turned the images black and white to see what happens to the image, an surprisingly, certain elements of the forest or facial features become far more clear than before. The photo of me leaning on the tree under black and white gives the impression of more depth to the background, through the branches of the trees being far clearer. Although certain elements are taken away, the face of the camera on the tree is far more difficult to tell the expression compared to the coloured image. Hopefully this wont cause much negative effect to my music video as the music video is made up of, mostly close ups. These photos have helped in looking at what footage is useful to draw emotion under black and white.
